This is a consolidated group made up of more than ninety direct and indirect subsidiary companies that specialise in operations relating to port and logistical services and boasts more than 2500 employees in total.

This structure gives the group two outstanding and distinctive characteristics in its strategic positioning.

On the one hand, these characteristics turn the group into an “integrated operator” that covers the entire logistical chain through all the activities that it carries out: Management of multi-purpose and specialised container terminals, port handling, maritime agency operations, rendering of traffic and support services in the ports, management of dry ports, combined transport, logistical operations specialising in cars and rail transport.

On the other hand, this dimension gives the group a very broad geographical presence in both national as well as international markets.
